1. Eligibility for Returns

- Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery.
- Special-order or customized items.
- Products returned without prior authorization.
3. Reporting Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect products, please contact us promptly and provide:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Photographs of the products and packaging
- Quantity affected
This information helps us process your request quickly.
4. Refunds
Once a claim has been reviewed and approved, we may offer one of the following remedies:
- Full refund
- Partial refund
- Replacement product
- Store credit
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
5. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days. Actual processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
6. Return Shipping
If a return is approved due to our error, defective goods, or damaged products, return shipping costs may be covered by RK Trading.
For unauthorized or non-eligible returns, shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

8. Wholesale Orders
For wholesale, pallet, and bulk orders, specific return and refund conditions may apply depending on the products, quantities, and delivery arrangements agreed upon at the time of purchase.
